Detox time!

Happy Wednesday everyone! :)
My apologies for the lack of content, I was in Chicago for work again and have had limited me time. But some Chitown Pics to come!
I have officially started my detox.

About twice a year I indulge myself in a whole body cleanse, last year I used the Whole body Cleanse by Enzymatic which was one of my favorite cleanses so far.
So far I've started the diet, which basically nixes Coffee, Meat, Dairy and anything processed. Which leaves you with Fruits, Veggies, Nuts, Brown rice and oatmeal.
 They only issue I have with cleanses is that it limits my ability to exercise, but that just means TONS of YOGA!

While I'm on the topic of food, my favorite veggie is asparagus, and this was yesterday's snack:

Baked Asparagus with olive oil & Garlic Powder.
