So I've been particularly lazy these last couple months while living in Austin. It may or may not have to do with the fact that I have had so many visitors... and well when you come to Austin the majority of the visitors like to EAT. There are entirely too many awesome restaurants in Austin not to do that.
Well since the new year hit, I have been eating healthier, attending yoga, started training for a 10k, as well as doing strength training. Here are a few essentials that I can't live without while working it out.
